- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Gift cards are redeemable only when presented at the time of service.
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours notice will be charged at full value.
- As a courtesy to our spa guests, please do not bring children.
- Please turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering the salon.
- We provide spa guests a locker with a key to store belongings. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and we encourage you to leave your valuables at home.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
- We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
- 18% gratuity added for parties of four or more.
- Retail Policy: No refunds, exchanges only within 14 days with receipt.
- Please notify us with any issues within 5 days of any performed service(s).
- We do not guarantee the longevity of color services performed by our technicians without the use of suggested professional products at home.
